Where are Stride Shoes stores located?

We have shoe stores in Floreat, Carine, Applecross, Osborne Park, Subiaco and Perth CBD. Click here for a full list of our store locations. You can also buy shoes online through this website.

What brands do you sell in Stride shoestores?

Our brands are ECCO, NAOT, Ziera (formerly Kumfs) and Hush Puppies. We choose our brands using strict criteria for comfort, fit, style and quality to optimise your foot's health.

Do you cater for unusual foot sizes and orthotics?

Stride’s customer service is paramount and all our employees are highly trained individuals. Our staff have a substantial depth of knowledge about feet, shoes and orthotics of all descriptions. Come into a Stride Store to be professionally fitted for your next pair of shoes.

What is your returns policy on in-store purchases?

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return your shoes, in their packaging, to the store of purchase with your receipt. If shoes are returned to us in the condition in which they were purchased, we will provide you with a credit note for the amount you paid for the shoes.

What is your returns policy for online purchases?

To make your online purchase easier, we offer two options. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase and the shoes are unworn, with packaging/shoes undamaged and original order, you can return them to us using one of the two following options:

Option 1: 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Email simon@strideshoes.com.au for a return authority within 20 days of the original invoice date.

Provided the shoes are received within 30 days of the original invoice date and both the shoes and box are undamaged, we will refund you the full purchase price including postage except where priority postage has been chosen, in which case postage will be deducted. If the box is damaged, we retain the right to charge a repacking fee.

Option 2: 60 Day Exchange or Credit Note Guarantee

If you return the shoes within 60 days to any one of Stride’s six conveniently located stores, you are entitled to exchange the shoes or receive a credit note to the full value of the purchase price, inclusive of postage and handling.

No matter which option you chose, you will always be the winner.

How soon will I receive my shoes purchased on the Stride website?

We strive to dispatch all online purchases within three working days. In the event that there are any delays, we will make all efforts to contact you within 48 hours of the order being placed. You have three choices with delivery:

  1. Free pickup from your choice of store
  2. 12 day free delivery service
  3. 3 Day Priority Service for $15 charge
