To make your online purchase easier, we offer two options. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase and the shoes are unworn, with packaging/shoes undamaged and original order, you can return them to us using one of the two following options:

Option 1: 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Email comfortproducts@strideshoes.com.au for a return authority within 20 days of the original invoice date.

Provided the shoes are received within 30 days of the original invoice date and both the shoes and box are undamaged, we will refund you the full purchase price including postage except where priority postage has been chosen, in which case postage will be deducted. If the box is damaged, we retain the right to charge a repacking fee.

Option 2: 60 Day Exchange or Credit Note Guarantee
If you return the shoes within 60 days to any one of Stride’s six conveniently located stores, you are entitled to exchange the shoes or receive a credit note to the full value of the purchase price, inclusive of postage and handling.

No matter which option you chose, you will always be the winner.

At Stride Shoes, we understand that customers like choice. Our goal is to give you free postage for all deliveries. However there will be times when quick shipping is not possible. For example, the shoes may need to be sourced from a distant store. Should you need the shoe urgently, we will endeavour to speed the delivery up as fast as possible.

Our standard delivery is Free via Australia Post. The time taken to deliver can depend on the stock availability and distance to your postal address. We will only advertise shoes that are in stock for sale. However there will be occasion when the shoes have literally been sold or the condition of the shoe is not up to our standard.

We have posted out shoes in the late afternoon and our country customers receive them the very next morning. Sometimes delays occur and we prefer to advertise delivery takes 2 to 12 days.

Where a customer hasn’t obtained any financial gain in the form of a discount subject to terms and conditions, Stride Shoes will bear the cost of returns. Customer needs to email comfortproducts@strideshoes.com.au to request a returns voucher for Australia Post. Provided the shoes are returned in unworn condition in their original undamaged box, we will refund your purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date.

Stride Shoes will make every effort to ensure the shoes are in saleable condition when dispatched. We will honour any reasonable request for warranty. Warranty is defined by our suppliers. We like to apply the commonsense rule in managing claims.

Shoes can be exchanged for another pair of shoes or credit voucher, at any of our stores, within 60 days of purchase. Credit vouchers have no expiry date if claimed by the owner who demonstrates proof of ownership.

Stride shoes reserves the right to refuse a customer requiring excessive number of exchanges or levy a postage fee to recover costs. Where this occurs, the customer will be given an option to refuse. Stride Shoes will not engage in conduct that will be detrimental to servicing the future needs of our customers.

If you require more certainty for your delivery, we recommend you use the Australia Post Express Delivery service for a 3 day delivery time. Australia Post will guarantee City to City Central GPO within Australia in one day. Usually a City to City suburb delivery will take 2 days. More remote deliveries will take 3 days.

If we do not believe we can dispatch the parcel for you to receive within 3 days, we will endeavour to waive the postage charges.

If shoes are returned for a refund, the cost of Express Postage will not be refunded as this form of postage was the customer’s choice.

For heavy and or large parcels, we do not guarantee or recommend express post to remote areas. The cost is prohibited and the reliability is not guaranteed. Stride Shoes will bear any excessive freight costs for remote location delivery.

For overseas deliveries outside Australia, we reserve the right to quote postage costs and the purchasing customer is liable for all postage costs including insurance both ways.

For customers who enjoy the convenience of our six stores, we welcome them to request the shoes be sent to a store of their choice.
